Guiding You Through The Clouds

The Lakyn’s Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit established in the memory of our sweet angel Lakyn, to bring support and resources to our local Children’s hospitals. We personally know the struggles you can face with a sick child in the hospital. We strive to bring joy and relief to families in any way we can. ​

 

Our foundation is here to provide ongoing support to families that find themselves spending precious time in the NICU and other areas of the hospital. 

Lakyn never came home.  Instead,  Rocky Mountain Hospital For Children became like a home for all of us.  This is the place where we held  Lakyn for the first time, where she had her first bath, wore her first outfit, and sadly where we held her when she took her last breaths.  During this time we received so much love and support from the hospital staff.  These were the people who pulled us through day in and day out of the hardest days of our life.  They will always hold a special place in our hearts. 

 

It is our turn to give back and we are grateful for the opportunity to provide services and support to families who are walking a similar journey.  We give back in a variety of ways from financial assistance, holiday gift bags, blankets for babies, to fulfilling wish list items.  
 

Lakyn changed us forever.  We will never forget how hard our sweet girl fought and the lessons we learned from her strength.  We think of her in everything that we do.
